These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the 8o88 platform and its services. 1 General Terms

8o88 may suspend or terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation.
• Registration using false information.

• The account belongs to a minor or is operated by a third party.

3.3 Closing Your Account

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All active bets and transactions must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8o88 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through one of these three methods.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 8o88 can receive up to a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more → receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through fraudulent activity or by using multiple accounts, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• To receive a bonus, you must read the specific terms of that promotion before claiming it.
• A promotion may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 8o88:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the case of a game or bet suspended due to a technical error, 8o88 will make the final decision.
• If an incorrect payout is displayed due to a software error or display issue, 8o88 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• There is no such thing as a "professional strategy" or "guaranteed win" in real-money betting or gaming — all outcomes are random.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 8o88 offers markets across a range of events. 8o88 reserves the right to change odds. Odds change in real time during live betting. If an event is cancelled or suspended, bet settlement will follow 8o88's policy.

6.3 Casino Games

Results in slots, live casino, and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. All games are fair and no game outcome is predetermined.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8o88:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Creating an account for a minor or allowing a minor to play.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of bot, automation software, or similar technology.
• Placing artificial bets or mirror betting for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Betting using funds belonging to a third party.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination and all balances and winnings may be forfeited.
